These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gurneet E Service, operated from Shivalik Enclave 2, Sadbhavnanagar Road, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan 335001.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services. We recommend that you read these Terms carefully before availing any of our services, as your continued use of our platform constitutes your full acceptance of all provisions outlined herein.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services. By submitting an enquiry, placing an order for any service, or communicating with our team, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Gurneet E Service provides a comprehensive range of business registration, compliance, and digital services including but not limited to: GST Registration & Return Filing, FSSAI Licensing (Basic, State & Central), MSME/Udyam Registration, Private Limited Company Registration, LLP Registration, OPC Registration, Partnership Firm Registration, Society & Trust Registration, Trademark Registration, IEC Registration, Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), PAN Card Application, Income Tax Return Filing, Shop & Establishment License, ISO Certification, Professional Website Design, E-Commerce Website Development, SEO Services, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Logo Design.

All services are provided in accordance with the applicable Indian laws, regulations, and guidelines set forth by the respective government authorities including the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Controller General of Patents Designs and Trademarks (CGPDTM), and other relevant regulatory bodies.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each service are as described on the respective service page of our website and as communicated to you at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and terms with reasonable prior notice to our clients.

As a client engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents as required for the successful processing of your applications, registrations, and filings. This includes but is not limited to valid identity proof, address proof, business documents, bank statements, photographs, and any other documentation specified for each service.

You acknowledge that providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in rejection of your application by government authorities, legal consequences under Indian law, and immediate termination of our engagement without any refund. Gurneet E Service shall not be held liable for any losses, penalties, or legal proceedings arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

You agree to cooperate promptly with our team during the service delivery process, respond to queries in a timely manner, provide any additional documents as and when requested by authorities, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your business activities and registrations.

All service fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The quoted price covers the service charge for processing, filing, and facilitating your application through the relevant government portals and authorities. Government fees (such as GST registration fees, MCA filing fees, FSSAI fees) are charged separately at actuals as levied by the respective authority at the time of application.

Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed installment schedule before the commencement of service processing. We accept payments through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking. Proforma invoices and payment receipts are provided for all transactions.

For services priced above ₹10,000, we may offer a payment split with 50% advance payment required at the time of engagement and the remaining 50% upon completion of the service. The specific payment structure for each engagement will be communicated to you at the time of booking. All outstanding payments must be cleared within 7 days of the due date.

Gurneet E Service is committed to fair and transparent refund practices. Since our services involve processing applications with government authorities and incurring administrative costs from the outset, the following refund policy applies:

All content on the Gurneet E Service website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, website designs, software code, and the overall compilation of content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Gurneet E Service and is protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our website without prior written permission from Gurneet E Service. The Gurneet E Service name, logo, and all related brand elements are proprietary trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

Any original content, website designs, logos, or creative materials produced by Gurneet E Service as part of our digital services (website design, logo design, marketing materials) for a client shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Until full payment is received, the intellectual property rights remain with Gurneet E Service.

Gurneet E Service acts as an intermediary and facilitator for business registration, compliance, and digital services. While we exercise due diligence and professional care in processing all applications, we do not have direct control over the decisions, timelines, or outcomes of government authorities, regulatory bodies, or third-party platforms.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or financial losses arising from delays or decisions by government authorities.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes for government registrations and filings. Approval of applications is entirely at the discretion of the respective government authority. Our responsibility is limited to ensuring that all applications are filed accurately, completely, and in compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Both parties agree that the laws of the Republic of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, shall apply to all matters arising from or relating to these Terms.

Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. This jurisdiction clause applies to both civil and criminal matters, and both parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

All legal notices must be served in writing to Gurneet E Service at the registered business address: Shivalik Enclave 2, Sadbhavnanagar Road, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan 335001, or via email to query@gurneeteservice.com.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation and good-faith discussion. Either party may initiate the resolution process by sending a written notice to the other party detailing the nature of the dispute and the desired resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 15 (fifteen) days of the initial notice, both parties agree to submit the matter to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing any legal action. The cost of mediation shall be borne equally by both parties.

If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 (thirty) days, either party may pursue legal remedies through the competent courts of Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, as stated in the Governing Law section. During the dispute resolution process, both parties agree to continue fulfilling their respective obligations under these Terms to the extent possible.

Gurneet E Service reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior written notice. Changes may be necessitated by updates in government regulations, changes in our service offerings, legal requirements, or operational adjustments.

Any amended Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of our services after the publication of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

For existing service engagements at the time of any amendments, the Terms that were in effect at the time of your engagement shall continue to govern those specific services unless both parties mutually agree to adopt the revised Terms.
